Our Staff
Luminous Skin & Laser is owned and operated by Michelle and Phil Pullen. Michelle is a licensed Medical Aesthetician, FL Licensed Electrologist, and Laser Safety Officer. She has extensive specialized training and certifications for a variety of laser and devices and facial techniques.
Dr. Phil Pullen, Medical Director, is a Florida Board Certified Physician. Dr. Pullen oversees all patient treatment plans, and is the primary provider of BOTOX and dermal filler services.
